Yesterday, my Husband was in search for a new phone, at the time our current carrier Metro PCS/Metro by T-Mobile, whom we’ve been with for the longest time just wasn’t providing the service that we liked/needed. We first went there to try and see what they had to offer and immediately walked out within minutes, the associates was not helpful nor friendly and did not take the time to look up our account to see if we were eligible for any upgrades or promotions. We weren’t too fond of the associate so we walked over next door to T-Mobile and were instantly greeted upon arrival and had the pleasure of meeting Monica who is so wonderful! Monica asked us if there was anything that we were looking for in particular today and my husband explained we were thinking of switching over carriers but wasn’t too sure since we didn’t know much about T-Mobile. When I tell you, Monica is one of the best! She made our transition from Metro to T-Mobile so smoothly! Went to the door & an associate just looks at me & shuts it, didn’t even bother to say sorry we’re closed, I said hi, my cousin is inside, & I needed to give him money to purchase a phone & she said she couldn’t open the door to let me give it to him but she opened the door for someone else! I asked her to let my cousin know I’m outside & she said okay? Walks away, didn’t even ask which person was my cousin. I work in customer service & let me tell you they have the worst customer service EVER, on the phone & in person. Nobody seems to be able to answer my questions & I always have to wait REALLY LONG over the phone & they always tell me to visit a local store and then I have to wait here too? SUPER RUDE! I regret switching back to T-Mobile. Since we’ve switched, been nothing but HEADACHES! I would NEVER recommend anyone to use their service again!!! Read moreI went into the store yesterday to help my mother obtain a new phone as she was a long time t-mobile customer. Immediately upon entree we noticed that this location was not inclusive in their diversity as all the marketing on the walls were in Spanish and we could not comprehend. I would have thought that in this day and age their would have been marketing in both English and Spanish to reflect Lynn's diverse complexion. Once noticed, we were asked to wait and then forgot about as the representative waited on at least three other Hispanic clients who arrived after we did, at the half hour mark, we got frustrated and decided T-MOBILE didn't want our business and exited the location.
