Last time I went to the store with my kids to ask questions about my device. The store was empty and we had to reach over the counter to be attended. The guy who attended us was sitting down and on his phone. His body language was giving off not interested in helping me because he was sitting down and looking back on his phone the whole time. While discussing, I mentioned about some offers from another AT&T store to see if they offered it here in this store and the guy gave me a weird nasty look. That upset me and I asked him why is his customer service terrible when the other AT&T store gave me better customer service. That got him mad and was calling me racist. He threatening me to call the police. When I mentioned about submitting a report about him, he showed me his empty name card and laughed at me because he claimed that nothing was going to happen since I didn’t have his name. At the end he yelled at me to get out and said I don’t deserve to be here. All of this aggression in front of my kids. Please avoid this AT&T store...
Read moreI recently received my new iPhone 13 from AT&T but I had to trade in my iPhone XR through mail. I only received the iphone 13 shipping return label. Not the trade kit & label. So I went to this store on 6/8/22 @ around 1:20-1:30pm to ask if I can trade in store instead. The employee working there said I have to mail it which I understand. So I mentioned to him that I didn’t receive a shipping label for the XR. He asked if he can see the box that I brought in with my old phone. He saw the iPhone 13 return label and told me “um that’s the label.You DO have the label”. I said “that return label is for the iPhone 13”. He didn’t listen & insisted that I use the shipping label to mail it for trade in. But I had a feeling he was wrong so I didn’t ship it. It’s now the next day, I received my trade in kit & shipping label in the mail. They are TWO compLetely DIFFERENT SHIPPING LABELs.
