Had to go to Metro to have a problem solved. So I went to the Metro in Salem that I always go to. While the young man, Edwin, did find out problem and was great at Customer Service. We found his employer, Metro PCS, left him with absolutely no solution to fix a problem THEY caused. Never have I gone back to a place of business and be told sorry, there is nothing I can do. Long story very short, made my $60.00 payment on June 3rd and for reasons only they understand they shut off my service June 16th. The only and I'm being totally honest, after speaking for over 20 minutes with the clerk, the only solution I was given was to go to a new provider for phone service. That this is how Metro treats customers is appalling. Basically refused to refund any of my payment back. No satisfaction. My advice is, until I ran into this problem and went in thinking of course we'll work it out, Metro was great until this. They do not provide their employees with correct policies or any method of helping long time customers. They take the money and run. This isn’t the problem. On several occasions at the store there’s no control with the employees. Most spend more time having side conversations while dealing with customers. Always wearing an Airpod while doing transactions. You can have 5 employees in the store and at least 3 is texting. The manger has absolutely no control over the employees. Many times in the back room laughing and screaming. Even seen them texting with the manager on the floor. It’s a MAD HOUSE here. Read moreI've gotten good service here. I don't have to go here often, because my phones and service have been quite good, but when I have, I've taken my number and been served quickly. I think the most I waited was 20 minutes. When I bought my new phone, a lady assisted me. She was very helpful and she was a little older (by that I mean, not a millenial) and I'm older so she was able to help me pick out a good phone that you didn't need a degree in IT to understand. Even swayed me away from a more expensive phone that I was looking at because she thought it had way more bells and whistles than I needed. And she was right.
