Leos Coney Island — Restaurant in Lyon Charter Township

I called an order for three chicken gyro dinners. when I got my dinner to go and I got home it was gyro dinner not chicken gyro dinner. I called to tell them that I was going to bring back their gyro that was not chicken to get chicken gyros and they told me that was fine We will see you soon. when I arrived I was accosted by a woman who told me I was great on the phone I did nothing but yell at the person on the phone and therefore they were not going to honor my order in which they first ordered for chicken gyros. explain to her I did not berate any one of the phone I simply explained that I never come back after an order is wrong but today I wanted to because I spent $50 on this order and I wanted to be right so my family would eat it and she negated that and told me there's no more you can do here ma'am You need to leave We will not honor that order. I'm leaving I said I will never be back You will not have one more dime of my money and I feel so sad that this is how life is gone with the way people treat each other when an order is wrong.when I called my husband and told him what happened he was amazed because he knows I'm the kindest simplest person who doesn't get angry about anything That's why I got back in my car to rectify the situation to get my chicken gyros I was not angry with anyone I know people make mistakes but yet I was berated while I went into their establishment of the restaurant by this young woman who's probably coaxed by her manager so they didn't have to pay more money for an order they got wrong to give me the right order. so I did what I should do I left What else could I do I had no more words what could I do but what I do know these companies like this who treat people like us good people wrong should not still...

This place is horrible multiple things were not to pare. We decided to go out to dinner on a Thursday night after work because I didn't want to cook, so we decided to go to Leos because we figured it wouldn't be very expensive. We were not expecting five star restaurant quality food at this coney but we expected at least quality food. The broccoli cheddar soup consistency was that of jello and didn't even taste like cheese and the tortilla soup tasted like a mouth full of taco seasoning with little bits of hamburger meat here and there and this experience continued to worsen. After the soup our shwarama pita wraps arrived the meat was tasty but the pita wraps were so dry that I had to take sips of water after each bit to get it down. Not only was the food horrible but our waitress couldn't even remember that we order a side fries....we saw her pick up our order and tell the cooks that no one ordered fries and came and delivered our food. Funny thing is when our bill arrived the fries were on the written ticket she gave to the kitchen but not on our bill, she didn't even have the manners to apologize for forgetting that....she saw what she wrote when she rang up the bill she knew she made a mistake. And last but certainly not least when she delivered my soft drink her figure went into my cup and pop, how GROSS is that. Never will we ever...

yeah this place is disgusting. my girlfriend and I just got a fish dinner, and a chicken finger salad. my fish wasnt even.. yeah, dry to the bone.. they gave me 2 tiny little pieces of it, i could barely swallow it without washing it down with a drink. the fries, soggy.. which i dont get, do you not have a deep fryer? the fries i make at home in the oven are crispier than this.

if you dont know how to cook, or arent going to hire cooks who understand how to cook. please dont own a restaurant. you can literally goto the grocery store, by frozen fish or frozen chicken and fries.. heat it up in your oven and you're going to get the same quality as from this place. except instead of paying $10+ for a chicken tender dinner or a fish dinner.. thats how much the entire bag of fish and chicken costs.

stop giving places like this business, its disgusting. i'm so pissed off, because i cant understand why i would want food thats far worse than what i can do at home.. the whole point of going out to eat is to eat food thats better than whats at home and easy to make.

between places like this and fast food, i think from now on im just going to eat a peanut butter and jelly when i have the urge to go out. throwing my money away for dog food, isnt on my to...
