They have a website with prices, and online shopping cart. But after you make a purchase, RJR claims the website pricing is outdated and they won’t sell you anything unless you pay them more.
Owner Richard boasts repeatedly about being a big-time Christian, but is rude to customers on the phone. Makes you wait on hold repeatedly while he has unrelated conversations with people in the backround. A 5 minute phone call takes an hour because of this.
Communication stinks. Several weeks after paying, no shipment or even a progress update. They will not call or email you, you have to hunt them down to find out what’s going on with your order.
No sense of urgency. They never shipped our product after keeping our money for a MONTH, despite claiming to have “thousands” in stock. We had to demand a refund through PayPal.
