Bojangles — Restaurant in Georgia

First of all I love this place as a company and I will always eat their food. However, you guys can really kill a person with all that SALT on those fries. We already know it's not healthy, but it almost seems like someone starts pouring the SALT and then forgets to turn it off. ITS TOO MUCH!!!!! And even though I always order my fries with no SALT, since the food comes in the pretty box, I don't discover that my fries are loaded with heart attack seasoning until I get all the way where I am going. At that point, I'm upset and don't have the time to come back. Then you follow up with a phone call for someone to take your name but then not rely the message to the next shift leader, so the issue is never resolved. So here's a suggestion, make all the fries with no SALT and have people ask for it. By the time all those seasoned fries have been sitting there, the seasoning piles on and sticks to the fries. So they are either wasted, or my life is put in more risk by eating the heart attack seasoned fries. Have the cashier repeat the order to ensure NO SALT on the fries was heard. Worst ever really and I never really say that about a business. But every time I go here and it hasn’t been many its been bad. I stop by this morning to pick up some breakfast biscuits for my staff . It was 5:28 drive through is pack so I decided to go in. The door is lock ok they open at 5:30. A few seconds later a young lady comes to the door not to open up. But to motion someone in a car to come in. This young lady not in uniform from the car goes in not to work but to get food. She’s getting food mind you not paying for it because they aren’t open and while us patrons are standing outside in the cold looking at this. Next an employee walks up they let her in and seconds later another one shows up and this is after 5:30 and they still aren’t open. I asked can we come in an order yet she asked they young lady who open the door for her and she says we aren’t set up yet. I don't know what it is about this location but after 2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. the service completely goes down and the food is absolutely horrible. I went there twice within the last month or so and gotten their mac and cheese which was watered down and had absolutely no taste whatsoever. Also I feel like the wings were dried out and overcooked and it also gave me a stomach ache later on that evening because that's all that I ate after I got off work was the Bojangles. I'm sure not all locations are like this but the one on Fulton Industrial specifically this location they need to do a bit better. I honestly can't see myself going back there again, I'll visit other locations especially the one in Lithia Springs since it's not too far from where I work. Also I know it can be pretty slow around that time because they normally have their breakfast and their lunch rush and in the evening I guess it kind of dies down a bit, so where the lobby looks like...
