Dragon Teriyaki Express — Restaurant in Mableton

My companion went into this establishment to purchase a vegetable plate. The vegetables looked old and he requested that new ones were prepared. The young African American lady (fair skinned, slightly heavy set with burgundy hair) was extremely rude and has no place working in a customer service position. When he requested the manager she rudely stated that the manager wasn't there! She then proceeded to insight confrontation by asking if he had a problem...and wanted her father to come up and handle it! This was unnecessary and unprofessional. She then placed the call to someone and stood behind the counter instigating the situation stating that "now he's quiet and not saying anything"! We will no longer patronize this establishment and she needs to be FIRED Immediately! It's people like this that make young people look bad. As a professional establishment you should be more mindful of who you have on the front line and provide adequate training so your employees know-how to be professional and treat the customer.

Not to mention the establishment was not as clean as it should be and I will also be contacting the health department and filing a complaint with better...

I came here to expect some good food, since majority of the reviews were decent. It’s not bad or disgusting, but it is not that good. I appreciate the effort that’s put in to make the food, although I think it could improve in flavor and overall cooking. For example the fried rice consistency was that of quinoa, if I want quinoa I will get quinoa but the rice should have a much more firm yet soft bite to it, instead it was just softness grain which felt as if it were already been chewed by a baby bird and spat out. As for the chicken I had Orange chicken and beef and broccoli. The chicken was okay, it’d be best if it were crunch and covered in a more flavorful sauce. The beef was a bit plain but a nice chew to the mouth. Broccoli was soft perhaps because it’s been sitting for awhile. Everyone has preferences but I like my broccoli to have a little bite. Forgot to mention the Lo mien. It’s okay nothing crazy but it’s decent. If I were to come back I would just stick to getting lo mien with orange chicken. Considering the price for one plate, it’s not bad or worth it. More of a quick bite. But this place has potential to improve...

PER TODAYS VISIT*DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU READ THE LAST 10 MONTHS OF REVIEWS!!! I work less than 5 minutes away from this place and decided to try it on this afternoon. I placed a pick up order on uber eats. After about 20 minutes, the app showed the order was ready for pick up, which was right on time for lunch. Once I arrived and asked the cashier about my order, she stated they would start cooking it. I told them I didn’t have time , that’s why I ordered pickup via uber.The young lady was pleasant and told me they only start to cook it once the customer arrives.She then asked a short Latin looking lady to come over to help.When I asked if I could get a refund she walked away and said oh well !! Cancel !! I knew canceling would mean a loss of money and time. Once I left I contacted uber and was refunded. After reading the reviews I understand why you’re so pressed for undeserved funds!!
