I wish you could give a 0. But you can’t. So at least they gave you one star. There is a larger Man that works night shift. I order 2(9.00) boxes. One with a med. starry and 1 with a mango tea large. Than a side of large fries and cheese as well as a jalenpeno fries. I pull up to the window. They say that they are out of cheese it’s a 30 minute wait. So I said I would wait. Just work 22 hours straight so I don’t mind waiting. Guy brings the food out. And inform him he is missing a box. And get mads drops my food in my lap. Proceeds to go inside the store. And talk about me. So I came back inside asked what do I need to do in order to get my food. He ignores me for like 10 minutes then comes over. So yes I had to buy another box. So my meal came out to 32.00. Make it make sense. While I’m waiting. Another gentleman and I are talking. A door dasher says be patient there are only 4 workers. I said that’s not a me problem. So she starts arguing with me. And she was not even in the original conversation. The manager or whoever the skinny brunette was comes out and says we don’t have enough people so I said you might wanna look into hiring more. Day time Taco Bell has a awesome team. When the street lights come on. Stay away from this Taco Bell. From now on if I want Taco Bell. I will be going to Monmouth. You will forever never have my service again. I will relay this to all my trucker friends and their family. One more the larger man if you ever disrespect my wife again like the other night ( who also works in the food industry). We will be having a different talk. Also if you don’t like people and you hate your job than quit it’s...
Read morePoor customer service. I was very kind and nice. They didn’t have guacamole so I kindly asked for extra avocado packet and sour cream to compensate that loss of sauce. They charged .50 each. So $1 extra because they ran out of guacamole. I kindly asked could you not charge for the sour cream to compensate for no guacamole. She gave no response, she did do that which was nice of her so it was .50 extra only. I could see from the screen at least. It wasn’t even about the money it was the principal of it. I could tell by the tone she wasn’t very pleasant to talk to but I brushed it off. Then I went around and she gave me my cantina bowl and she said we don’t have a fork. I asked if they had anything else because I don’t live in Macomb. She said I could go to McDonalds to get one. Disappointing, but fair enough. Then I saw I only had 1 packet of avocado sauce that already comes with the meal. She said they gave you extra avocado ranch. I was preferring the packet. Just a miscommunication. She then said it’ll be 22 cents. Her tone and the girl behind her working laughing and making faces was so unprofessional. I was super sweet and passive about it and just said it’s ok I won’t make a big deal out of it. I’m sorry. I just don’t understand. People like that certainly give Taco Bell a bad name. Taco Bell should give their employees a little give on things when they run out of things so consistently. I’m unfortunately not going there again. This happened a few months back as well. I can’t recall the details but I remember how they made me feel. Poor customer...
Read moreI ended up canceling my order, which I had originally placed on the app. When I got there, the coffee I had ordered wasn't available because apparently their coffee machine was broken. They told me I could replace it with a fountain beverage, which I wasn't super keen about.
When I asked them to tell me what was available, I was told to to look at the speaker. I misunderstood, and looked at the menu but couldn't read what the items were because there was condensation on the beverage menu. So he told me the same thing again when I said I couldn't read it, and then I realized it was a row of tiny stickers that were practically unreadable from a few feet away. I had to get out of the car and look at them close up. So I commented that that's what I had to do and I was a little sarcastic about it.
At that point, the manager threatened to cancel my order. I was flabbergasted and said, "I'm right here," to which he said he didn't have to serve me because I was being rude.
So, instead of getting the hint that maybe his customers can't read the items because the print is unreasonably small, or that customers might have a visual impairment, he decided to be rude.
I decided to cancel anyway. I didn't want a fountain drink, and after all that BS, I was disgusted and angry.
Mind you, this is also the place that upcharged me for guacamole which I ordered but never got. They never responded or even apologized when I called or visited in person to ask...
