Bought a lamp and matching hanging light. Got the lamp home, tilted it very slightly to put a light bulb in the bottom section and 2 of the glass panes immediately fell out and broke. Tried to see if there was a way to get inside to maybe fix it and there's not. Spent over $500 for the 2 lights and now I have one I can't even use. I'm guessing that's why they have signs and all saying all sales are final. No returns or refunds. Just make sure whatever you buy isn't already broken....
