We hired Fusion Point to upgrade our internet wires and equipment, as well as update our home entertainment set-up with a wall mounted framed TV and ceiling speakers. From initial inquiry through job completion, we couldn't have had a better experience! The crew that did all the installations were incredibly kind, professional, thorough, knowledgable, and checked in with us when there was a layout option on that might benefit from our preferences. They also made sure we had all the right apps and accounts set-up and were equipped to navigate our new hardware. The end result has been spectacular! We've been in our home for several years and have always struggled with reliable and consistent internet--and since Fusion Point's install we have had drastically better connection and speeds! It has been a game changer. We have also had time to enjoy the new television and sound system--and as a movie and music buff--I must again stress just how spectacular it is and how pleased I am with everything! It really is the home entertainment system I have always dreamed of, with a sizable and beautiful screen and fantastic surround sound. It's like having a movie theater in our living room without being obvious or compromising our existing aesthetic. The entire experience was wonderful, and knowing that they are available should we ever have questions or run into trouble is a piece of mind that reassures me this investment in our home is one we will be able to enjoy for years to come. After carefully waiting two years before posting my review, I can confidently say that Justin's assistance in creating a customized security and home entertainment package was exceptional. Our installation included multiple cameras, surround sound speakers in the family room ceiling, speakers on the rear patio ceiling with an outdoor television, and speakers on the front porch. Additionally, wireless hotspots were strategically placed throughout our home, complemented by hardwired connections due to our area's unreliable internet service. Despite encountering a few challenges along the way, Justin and Leland promptly addressed and resolved any issues that arose. The technicians, whose names unfortunately escape me, were all incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in explaining and troubleshooting. As a satisfied customer, I offer two recommendations: 1) Inform the installers if you desire the sound from your outdoor television to play through the outdoor patio speakers to avoid the need for a sound bar. 2) Opt for hardwiring your outdoor television even if Wi-Fi is available, as it ensures consistent performance when Wi-Fi signals fluctuate. 3) If cost is a significant factor or if you are unable to afford everything you want, it's important not to settle as you may regret it later. In the worst case scenario, prioritize what you want and complete the project in stages as you are able to afford it. Wiring is a must many items can be completed later. They installed the security system for the house we bought. The security system was supposed to have the option to self monitor however FusionPoint refuses to give us the pin to fully access our security system. The pin they gave us was incorrect and would not have allowed us to actually use the system as self monitoring. They told us we would have to pay them to monitor it for us which is not what we were told when we bought the house by the agent and builder (new build not custom) and is against what the company who made the system advertises. We contacting the producer for the system and they then called FusionPoint. When FusionPoint eventually called us back they said we would have to pay them $200 for them to come out here to put the pin in and agreed to let us self monitor (again not what we were advised when buying and not what the producer advises). So now we're unable to use our security...
