After years of sleepless nights and many conversations on the need for a new bed. Our son recently purchased a bed from Dream Sleep and highly recommended we talk to Gene & Twila at the Dream Sleep Mattress Co. in Macon. We shared our needs and found the owners to be both compassionate and informative on how their mattresses could meet our needs. We listened to the pros and cons and excitedly chose the M Lily King-size adjustable bed. There was no high pressure sale, they shared the information and we called them back when our decision was made. Their dedicated courteous team delivered and set up the bed and gave instructions on how to use the many smart features of our new bed. My husband and I have separate remotes to customize the multiple setting options based on nightly needs (reclining positions, massage features, USB port, memory settings and ambient lighting). I feel I research most things I purchase no matter the cost. After researching mattresses, I didn’t see where the mattresses from big retail stores were any better than the ones that Gene had. His knowledge and professionalism is second to none. He was able to get my bed to me the same day I purchased. Unbelievable service. After my first nights sleep, I am very pleased at how well I slept and even more pleased that my body wasn’t aching when I awoke. Gene has the bed right for you. You should totally do yourself a solid by checking his mattresses out unless you just have wasteful money to throw away. Gene is amazing. I had been shopping around for a mattress and a couch today and just felt really let down after visiting another store and I even said right before walking into mattress barn, "The way my day is going I'm not going to be getting a mattress today either." Well...I will have a mattress delivered Thursday! I couldn't be more happy with my experience and the kind heart of Gene. He was knowledgeable about the mattresses and I never once felt pressured to buy one. I needed this experience today.
