This is a two-part review I called in on 5 June to see when my warranty was expired because I was having problems with my transmission they told me it was two years old on accident I hope because when I got to my records Yesterday I found they made a mistake and my warranty was still valid at the time of my call ! Which was June 19, 2019 today being the 20th I’m hoping they will still honor it and be the good transmission shop they say they are they have treated me well in the past I hope it will continue I will be there Monday on the phone to see what Steve has to say, I was at Madera Transmissions Monday morning 730 and Steve being the professional he was completely and totally honored my warranty and is taking care of me above and beyond call of duty I can’t emphasize how much I appreciate the honesty and quality of work from these guys thank you...

Read moreSo went today to get truck looked at, I thought I had a torque converter problem come to find out was much easier fix, made appointment they took me right , Steve ( I think the owner) took my vehicle for test drive, came back to show and let me know what the problem was. I appreciate the honesty, most places would have probably tried to take advantage of me, thank you for saving me a few hundred dollars!!
