The man helping me PASSED AWAY! Scott Silva told me Jason was a drg user and they did not know why he was helping me with my problem . Jason worked his tail off for them for //20 yrs and you would say that about him, I believe they were trying to put the blame on him so i would walk away. No rating could give the AMOUNT of HURT, and PURE AGRIVATION , MADER FORD, or (SIVLA FORD-legally-(BOARD of AUTOMOTIVE told me ) HAS CAUSED ME AND MY SON. We bought a used KIA with a full warranty . The VERY FIRST NIGHT we took it home the checkengine light came on. Madera/Silva Ford looked at it and had me take it to Clovis Kia. I was told the after market part that was installed (upsell package already installed on the car by Ford/Silva Xtr$) and because of this they need to replace a 7thousand $ part that due to tampering it would not be covered under warranty. I begged, cried, spent many hrs PLEADING MY CASE to them after Jason's passed away, who was at first leading the entire process. I talked to Scott Silva, Ryan Melgoza, and Lok (who is the only person too superior to give a full name on his website). I explained to everyone , over and over. They couldn't see their fault in it. They only tried because I had because I would make a case w/ BBB , or DMV. They would take it to a different Kia dealer ship and have the same part replaced trying to pass it off as if they don't know WHY it's not communicating. I think replaced 8 times. Only Clovis Kia has that info. Why all of Kia computers don't connect to a mutual server IDK , Everytime \ replacing the SAME part . I'm assuming they were trying to get the dealership who is not aware of removed aftermarket parts in Clovis ( that madera/Silva Ford had ro pay to remove in the beginning) This is a short lots left out version of a HORRIBLE still on going mess from buying a car from a dealership that only holds a good experience if their are no problems . Do you want to buy a vehicle from a business who cares , and, is trustworthy in case something does occur. A dealership that will take ownership of a situation that was their fault. but is willing to take ownership and still take care of you when the MONEY has to flow out noot in. I was only trying to be a fair, PATIENT consumer. Thank you to THE BOARD OF AUTOMOTIVE . They came and checked the car , they went to Clovis Kia , they investigated AND found what I was saying from day one to be TRUE! Shaun Keenan there told me to just go buy a new warranty. Was it because I always went there by myself and as a WOMAN you seen me as UNKNOWLEGABLE. How many people who's voice you all disregarded because it wasn't MAKING YOU MONEY . WHERE IS THE AMERICAN HONOR! It took me over 2 yrs to write this . But waiting to see if they would honor the findings but nope. It doesn't benefit them so now they want to put me through more HELL. I have to go to Crt. Not to mention the GREAT deal of pain I was dealing with along , my own father was dying . And I had to be there, work and deal with this . Horrible experience. Also this is my sons first car buying experience . I will keep updated on this to see if they would want to change the outcome of this. Read moreIf I could give a worse rating I would. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life, completely unprofessional here. Would never recommend you buy a vehicle here. Drove and hour and half to buy a 2023 dodger charger GT from here. Failed to disclose the vehicle had damage until after I bought it. Charged me $300 for a second key fob that I was originally promised before I went out there. Didn’t disclose they didn’t have the second key until after I signed. They apparently couldn’t give me the key that day I purchased or the car a proper cleaning. Was told they could charge my account directly for the deposit. They couldn’t. Sends me back home with no second key fob, no detail, only to have to drive back the next day to get them the deposit in cash and for my key & detail. Fail to provide me both, but were quick to take my money. Just to ask me to come back again the following day. Again, no key, finally my detail they owed me. Said they’d mail it to me. Then call me a couple days later when it was supposed to have already been mailed stating they couldn’t and that they’d pay some 3rd party company in Fresno to cut it and program. (Another 1hr & 20min drive from me.) Just for them to fail to set me up with the right people so again I am sent all the way from Fresno with no key. I’ve spent over $200 in gas during this process, out over 400mls on my new car, and when I tried to get in contact with these folks again they have dodge all my calls. It’s been 2 weeks and I have not received the key. I finally get ahold of someone, I ask for a refund and $200 compensation for gas. they say theyll write me a check, but I have to go pick it up. (Ridiculous.) They refused to compensate me and told me they couldn’t just write a check. And the reason they couldn’t provide me an OEM key is because they refuse to pay a legit dodge dealership to do it correctly, because it’s too much money for them. Nothing but bs since having purchased my car here. Instant regret, will never give them another dime. I recommend no one else does either and take your business elsewhere. Horribly run and ruined my experience. Oh and not to mention, they sold me a car with expired tags from over 3months ago and IM stuck paying the late fees! Read moreCame into Madera Ford not really knowing what to expect, all I had was my Pre-Approval that I received in the mail and just dreams of getting a new car off of a dealership lot. I was approached by Daniel Juarez when we walked in and didn’t know what to expect, I was upfront and told him I was just there to look at the inventory to get an idea of what we can possibly get. He was very kind and offered us to look at the lot and to flag him down if we had any questions. During our look around I really appreciated that Daniel wasn’t pushy while we were looking, I’ve been to a few dealerships where they literally follow you around and give you no space… but Daniel was very professional and gave us space to explore and think. When my wife and I finally made up our decision Daniel was very informative with all of the questions we had, one of my biggest fears was being denied even though I had a pre-approval. Daniel was honest and told me that even though we have that it doesn’t guarantee anything. I probably went back and forth 50 times during that moment and Daniel was nothing but supportive during that time and put NO PRESSURE on us which is what I really appreciated. When we finally started going through the process I had nothing but doubts that we would even get anywhere near driving off the lot but every step of the way Daniel was there to go over the information and what options we had which was very nice because I know a lot of Dealerships wouldn’t even attempt to try and give you options but Daniel was there every step of the way telling us the good and bad but ultimately everything worked out in the end.. we were able to drive home with the car of our choosing and Daniel has truly made a lifetime client.
