Would never recommend this place to anyone locally. I called first and spoke to one of the managers and I told him I wanted to purchase 1 tire that I needed for a spare and he said it would be no problem to come in so they could help me out. I arrived at the store and spoke to the same manager I spoke to on the phone only this time our conversation was WAY DIFFERENT. He started going on about how they didn't have have the tire in stock that they would have to go to a different location to pick up and I said no problem I'll wait. As I waited he then told me he has one tire but it's not my correct size that I can use a smaller size I said no thanks. He then immediately told me and I quote "you know what man I don't think I can go ahead and pick up just 1 tire it just doesn't benefit us if you were to do 4 of them we can do that today" he then proceeds to try to sell me 4 tires and gives me his reasoning. I then told him so you're not going to be able to service me and he said no. This place lied to me over the phone, and the customer service was really bad I would take my business elsewhere (I personally recommend American Tire Depot it's local and it's got...

I went to West Coast Tires in Madera yesterday to get my oil changed. When I left the establishment, and as I was headed home, I noticed that the hood on my car was not latched completely, it was moving up and down. When I stopped to investigate, the hood was not closed, the hood latch cable (In the cabin) was broke, the mechanic has left a rag under the hood (right next to the serpentine belt, which could have gotten tangles up), and the oil was too full (about one inch on the dipstick, maybe a quart or more too much oil). Overall, I am very disappointed with the quality of work performed, and I will be telling others of my experience. If I could give no stars, I would have :(

Update 4/10/18 I went back to West Coast today and they checked my oil and agreed that it was overfull. They changed my oil again and also fixed my hood latch. As they were apologetic and fixed what was wrong, I will change the numbers on my review, from one star to three stars (not to five stars as they still made the initial mistake). Good job...

I brought my 2020 Honda Accord here to get a camber kit installed and alignment. Great service I'm from out of town and wanted the work done. They were able to give me a ride back to my hotel and when it was ready they came and picked me up from my hotel back to the shop. And they were able to take before and after pictures for me . They were very helpful I give them 9.1 out of 10 rating. It would be a full 10 out of 10 but sadly their printer for the alignment machine is not working and hasn't worked in while the desk guy said so sadly I wasn't able to have a report printed off before and after what I was really hoping for out of this to see how much that camber kit helped.
