I've been a loyal member of Club Pilates for the past 8 months. However, I will be canceling my membership since it's obvious this place is only interested in your money and will do anything they can to get it.
I was on the unlimited package for around 5 months. I called and asked to switch down to the 4 classes/month package and they said they needed to get the manager to approve this. A few weeks later, they charged me for the unlimited. I called the studio questioning the charge and asking to downgrade my membership. The manager called me back saying she was out of town and could not process my new membership before the billing date. Understandable. The next month I get another charge for the unlimited package, after making it very clear I wanted to downgrade my membership. I called and they apologized for the inconvenience saying they wouldn't charge me for the next month since the 4 classes/month is exactly half the price of the unlimited. My app showed me they had finally downgraded me to the 4 classes/month and also gave me 2 free credits for the inconvenience. The next month comes along and they charge me for the 4 classes/month. I called them saying that they promised not to charge me since they overcharged me the previous month. They said that never happened. They told me I was correctly charged for the unlimited the previous month and that they never gave me any free credits for the previous inconvenience. My app showed 'xx classes left' the entire previous month, so I know I was not on the unlimited. They went back on their word and refused to admit they made a mistake.
I have referred multiple friends to Club Pilates and am embarrassed to have supported a franchise that wants to scam their customers like this. Do not give them...
Read moreI purchased a three-month Pilates package for my daughter after receiving multiple promotional emails from this club. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. Despite paying around $200, my daughter is constantly placed on the waiting list and has only been able to attend a few sessions—if any—due to her school schedule and the lack of availability.
This situation feels unfair and misleading. When I brought it up with the staff, I was told that the classes had been fully booked in advance and that there was nothing they could do. I was also informed that cancellations would incur a fee, even though we barely used the service.
If the club is going to accept new clients, they should ensure there is space in the classes or create separate sessions for new members. Otherwise, it feels like we’re paying for something we can’t even access.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements changes to prevent this from happening to others. As it stands, I would not recommend this club to...

I flew to WI from CA for an emergency visit to be with my sister in the hospital during an emergency surgery. They gave me a special hospital rate. Moved my room after the noise levels from the wrestling group getting on and off the elevator was disturbing my sleep. Very comfy beds and clean rooms. The only reason I am not leaving a five star is the second room I was moved into had some serious, heating and air-conditioning problems. Even with the wall thermostat off the unit would cycle on an off giving cold air, and it took an hour for them to come take care of it.
