I've been to the new location twice (the old location was a regular stop for me when guests were visiting or I needed a gift for someone special) and it's beautiful. 3 times the space of the old location, adequate parking, and now a coffee/hot chocolate bar to boot! The chocolates haven't changed - they are still glowing jewels filled with magical flavors. The visible kitchen has been maintained as well, guaranteeing that the chocolates are made on site by hand - not in a factory then left to grow stale. There are many more other items for sale - chocolate bars, teas and tea accessories, kitchen towels and small gifts - thanks to the increased space. It's also an airy, comfortable place for a lingering cup of coffee or drinking chocolate - the seating in the cafe area is padded (as opposed to the hard wood chairs at other cafes.) I consider their chocolates to be the "gold standard" for anyone who appreciates not just complex, bright, or innovative flavors, but chocolate created by professionals to be perfectly tempered and finished with beautiful detail. A bonus - once your box is empty, if you return for a refill you receive a small discount. This has led to friends that have received them by mail (and ordering gifts through their website is easy) packing the empty boxes into their luggage when they visit us and pleading for a trip to Infusion Chocolates...
Read moreThe chocolates were great. I tried to question the owner about the name of his business and if it has anything to do with Gravity.
He said No! Just like that. It was offsetting.
No opening for further questions.
I am positive pressure is a tool he used to create his chocolates and Gravity in physics can be imitated by increasing force into a smaller area. V!
It's pressure! If we can manipulate the vector of pressure it's no different than Gravity!
Which is how he made his chocolates.
So the owner lied to me or he didn't know the answer to the question. It's possible he didn't want me to think I was smart. So he lied to me.
Infusion is similar to Fusion except you use force to increase the pressure/Space into a smaller area instead of force to increase the amount of Energy into a smaller area. V!
Gravity or the force of Nature we call Gravity will bring forth Energy! Through a process I call infusion.
Essentially he is putting more chocolate in a smaller area with force to bring out a greater flavor.
That describes Infusion and it's exactly the same as the description for Gravity! The start of our Universe. V!
Infusion of Energy is from the force of Nature called Gravity being compressed by her own Nature and producing the Energy we see throughout the Universe that relatively escaped...
Read moreMost. Fabulous. Chocolate. Place. Ever!!! If you're visiting the Madison area or simply live in the area, and you're in the mood for some spectacular gourmet chocolate, you definitely need to check this place out!! It will brighten your day, I promise! The prices might not though. It is pricey. But worth every penny in my book! It's extremely hard to pick just one piece. I would just spend the extra money and go with the 4 piece or 6 piece or if you're feeling adventurous, go for the 16 piece which is going to run you about $50. The chocolate is smooth and the flavors are heaven in your mouth. On a daily basis, you'll find about 20-30 flavors along with seasonal flavors too. They have prepackaged gifts and chocolate if you want to go that route. They also have a few tables and chairs to sit down and relax with your fine chocolates. They offer coffee and some of the most amazing drinking chocolate...
