I was a first time customer and very disappointed in my hair cut. The owner left holes where the layers were to smoothly transition. To my surprise, when I complained she insulted me and said it was because I had thin hair. Don't you think Lacy should know how to cut fine thin hair being the owner? Then she said I was trying to get a free a haircut.

She asked if I wanted the diffusion style which I didn't know what that meant until she said it is the "messy" style. Going the cheaper way of styling so she didn't have to waste time actually using a curling iron or really styling it professionally.

If you buy product on top of the service, she scams you at check out. She flipped open the ipad and without me realizing she had me tipping on the total including the product I purchased for $25.00 from the ipad tip calculator. Everyone is familiar with that scheme. Staring at me as I was trying to figure it out and I ended up leaving her way more than what was customary. She also didn't apply the first time customer coupon.

The ladies that work here work their magic. This is probably the only place on the west side of Madison that I can wholly recommend for both the ladies and my fellow gentlemen.
