I have to do doordash here and its a waste of time. It might be good food but the way the business chooses to do there marketing and online profiles isn't fair to the consumers. Sadly due to this I will always avoid this place like the plague.
Owner want me to reach out to doordash even though they are the ones that put the note on there account stating "Do not ask about order times it will not help you" is a great way to have dashers not use your store 😊
Didn't say anything bad about your food or company said your accounts online are bad and leave bad taste on people mouths.
I have free will and can post my disagreements with your company if I like. Maybe you call doordash and change your remarks on your company for we as the dashers don't t get that choice.
We also have called and complained about your company twice now for have over a 30 minute wait on 2 rolls of sushi which is pretty sad when we do our best to be as fast and officiant as possible.
But we have to deal with company owners like you that can't take responsibility for the things they decided to do.... I didn't put that note on your company that says to not ask about order that's all you.
Have a great day and enjoy the 1 star.
Glad you can respond to this but cant respond to dashers when there trying to make your business...
Read moreWhen we entered the restaurant, the man behind the counter pointed to some order sheets. We filled out our orders & took them to the counter. The counter guy asked us what we wanted, not even looking at the sheets. He was extremely rude. He asked if we wanted drinks, and I pointed to the sheet we had filled out. Counter guy just pointed to a cooler, which we helped ourselves to some almost cold soda. Counter guy brought our food & slid it on the table in the middle, then left without a word. The 3rd person in our group was supposed to get ice tea, which was not given when we ordered. She went and asked counter guy for the ice tea. He went over where there were glasses of ice water, dumped out the ice water & filled with ice tea. Needless to say, she just left it on the counter, as counter guy disappeared into the back. As for the food, nothing was exciting. The tempura veggies almost seemed as if they had been deep fried ahead of time and then re-deep-fried to order. They were a tad greesy & the batter was heavy, not light and airy. The spicy sushi was not spicy at all. The crabmeat, of course, is imitation as it is in most inexpensive sushi restaurants, but this was overpowered by mayo, that all you could taste. We definitely will not...
Read moreDon't know if it's the fault of eat street or the restaurant, therefore the 3 rating. I ordered 2 rolls. One was cold and one had tempura in it. I asked it be ready at 1:30 for pickup. The slip on the bag indicated it was made at 12:50. This is 40 minutes before I asked for it to be ready. I received an email of order confirmation, but never received an email indicating my order was ready. Both cold and warm rolls were shoved into one container. They did not send me an email when it was ready, why? Is it because if I had, I would have called them and told them to remake everything so it's fresh for pick up at 1:30 instead of what I got? Who knows. I got a cold roll that was mediocre and a tempura roll that was cold and soggy. I used eat street because it was the preferred method of the business. Maybe they need to rethink this. $23+ later, I'm very disappointed
I'm updating my review as I wanted to give this another try. I decided to eat in this time. Service was excellent as was the food. We had veggie spring rolls. They were hot, fresh and crispy. The bamboo roll was beautiful and delicious as was the...
