Not impressed, I placed an order online Wednesday night for a floral arrangement to be delivered to the funeral home on Friday. I called at 3:00pm Thursday to make sure they received my order, yes they did but there was an issue with my order and whoever was out of the store was to call me when they got back in. So the lady I was speaking to, checked to see what the issue was and apparently they did not have the vase I ordered, so I asked about another floral arrangement and they did not have the cross that went with it. However they both showed as available online. It would have been nice if they would of contacted me in the morning not, maybe someone would of called sometime after 3. I ended up cancelling the order b/c I couldn't risk waiting to see if someone from the wholesale company would deliver the cross in the morning or not. I went to another local florist and they were fantastic, I would not bother with...

Ordered over the phone on Monday for a Wednesday pickup for my mom’s birthday. The lady said they may not have the exact case that went with the picture (false advertising) so I’m like okay whatever will look nice. I live out of state so my sister went to pick it up and they couldn’t give her a small box for the flowers as she was alone. I was charged a day prior to pickup which I thought was odd but then when I saw the picture of the flowers, they don’t look freshly cut and were probably put together yesterday when I was charged so they most likely mixed up the pick up date!!! The flowers aren’t even close to what the picture showed!! I’m going to call and try to talk to someone to see if I can get them replaced with fresh ones. Definitely not worth...

Will never use another florist...for any occasion.. but Carolines!! I had to make several changes to my order an Angie an Rhonda were amazing!! In the planning of the funeral I forgot to tell them names for the card but Angie caught that and called me to get names an make sure everything was just as I wanted. Can’t thank them enough for their help, kindness an above all patience in this time of grief....
