Highly disappointed with last purchase. Shipment order was forgotten about until I called 6 days later, told it would be delivered in the afternoon. Didn't receive order until 8:15 at night and to top it off, 4 of the 6 bottles had no nicotine, after I was told they could add it. Guess they forgot that too. I went in not knowing the first thing about vaping but very interested to start. I was there for about an hour and after asking several questions, I left comfortable knowing a little more.
