AT&T Store — Local services in Magnolia

I purchased an AT&T prepaid hot spot. I took it into the Magnolia AR AT&T store to have it activated. I was greeted by Jay, who immediately began to work on the activation process. He was very polite and professional. The store was very busy with a total of 2 employees that I saw. During the “down time” or the time he was waiting for my information to upload on his tablet, he politely asked if I minded if he assisted other customers as they entered the store, which I responded that I did not mind. Jay never ignored his assignment to my activation but continued multitasking. I was in the store approximately 1 hour due to the difficulty he had with his tablet. The time went very fast, because I could see that he was giving his best to my assignment. I was very impressed with his Customer Service skills! The best customer service ever. Brittany was patient, she was the greatest sales rep I have ever had in my life. She was knowledgeable, she was welcoming and very friendly. She managed to multi task with everyone that walked in the door and she was phenomenal and still got everyone out the door with problem solved in a timely fashion. She is exactly what AT&T needs. I meant to do this yesterday but I was so busy, but let me tell you about this amazing store and the people who work there. Absolutely the best team at this store. This store was horrible but ever since the young lady name brittany took over the store, the best store ever. She was knowledgeable and she is very funny. Her team worked on my phone and got my problem fixed and called in and got my bill taken care of. Will definitely come to this store.brittany is a asset to your store....
