Chicken Express — Restaurant in Magnolia

By far this establishment has some of the rudest workers that you could meet. Not all but most. Cold food got upset because it was given back. Not the first time they have been rude. As a customer you can hear the employees talking abt you as the customer. Some of them were just awful. I am updating this review because again the service was great the young lady at the front counter was polite and very friendly but my tenders were rubbery small and almost cold l asked for fresh ones and was told she needed to ask the manager l said nothing l shock my head and when she brought it back they only exchanged one tender this place has truly declined over the years roll was cold as well l know why l haven’t visited here in a long time l wish they had a Golden Chick because it is by far much better hotter food price sized portions and better service this Chicken Express in Magnolia is...

Chicken Express is a great place to eat. Their sides are really good! And overall the chicken is good. I do really wish they would offer spicy in the bone in chicken. The spicy tenders are great!

Side wise, the okra are great and the fried pickles are crispy. The Mac and cheese is a little bland, but it's not terrible. Their corn nuggets and fries are also very good. Their gravy has good flavor and pairs really well with the fried livers.

Not sure if it's just me, but their soda tastes better than most places in town. We come here a lot just for drinks because of that reason. The happy hour is nice for that reason as well. Their tea is also great, but it is very sweet (which I prefer) but you may want to get half and half.

The staff is also very nice...

Nice place. Clean. Often find myself visiting on a regular basis.

Update: came in May 10th a little later than usual and find myself not wanting to be here. The cashier was not polite as she wanted to get back to the conversation with her friends. The crowd around where the fountain drinks were.. Just so happen to be them. As she rushed to finish her conversation we placed our order, there was an older gentleman complaining about his order not being cooked fully. Had to truly check my order because it made me nervous. The cashier was laughing as he told the manager the issue. I don't know if it was a lack of respect or poor training but this event really has me at the point of not wanting...
