Walmart Auto Care Center — Local services in Magnolia

I call before I went to see if they had the same brand of tire I already had.,to match. I waited on them to get started. There were 5 guys standing around one car..I asked them when were they going to start on my car..they finally started working on my card put the two tires on the on the back and rotate them to the front. After they got them on I went in to pay for my tires and then she quoted me a different price than what she did on the phone come to find out they were two different tires than what I asked for so now they having to take the two tires off and put two more tires on did I ask for. Now it has been two and a half hours to put on two tires so if you want to go to Walmart to put tires on make sure that you look and listen real close because you don't know if you going to get the right tires or not. The manager end up giving me the balance are the tires free since it was since I had to wait as long as I did you think twice before buying...

The last two days I've been here to get my oil changed and still have not gotten it changed. Nobody at the back. Door is locked. Hours say open from 7 to 7. Not correct. They open when they get ready or have two techs back there. Called front to be transferred. No one answers the phone. So frustrated. I was going out of town, so I just went somewhere else. Something really need to be done to improve...

Went in for an oil change, the next day I noticed I had a leak. Took it to a local mechanic shop. They told me my oil plug was stripped and had a hole in my oil pan. The person who changed my oil at Walmart never said anything! Just messed my car up and sent me on my way. Even had the nerve to put a note on my receipt “leaking when brought in” which was a lie! They will NEVER get their hands on my car...
