Whataburger — Restaurant in Magnolia

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Ordered 2 burger combos plain one with meat and cheese only and one with meat cheese and mayo only. Had to turn around after receiving our order cause one was just meat and one had everything they said they fixed it got our food again still one with just meat and one with everything took it back in got our order again this time is it was one that was right with meat and cheese and the other still had everything took it in again and it was finally fixed! But for it to take 3 times to get the most simple burger order right is INSANE!!! The girl at the speaker who took our order kept asking what we wanted to order and getting confused when we got to the window to pay we figured it out it was because she was busy with another worker talking about fighting! We started this process at 1:55 we are pulling out of Waterburger with correct order at 2:37!!! Now I’m late picking up my daughter from school!! NEVER AGAIN! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I am not one to leave reviews because I have better things to do with my time. However, My problem is with Malenah, their very unprofessional employee who has a neck full of hickies and a terrible ATTITUDE. I went through the drive through and ordered a burger with a drink. The girl at the window by the name of Malenah was EXTREMELY rude. I asked her to add a kids sprite to my order and she refused. I said well y’all have before and she said “Well rules change” and slammed the window. When she came back to give me the food I asked her name and then once again she was RUDE. She rolled her eyes and mumbled her name then slammed the window. I don’t know who she thinks she is but she was so unprofessional and down right rude. She is poor representation of, Whataburger. Absolutely awful experience. I drove up to the ordering screen and nobody said a word . I waited there for about 5 minutes before anyone said anything. When they finally asked for my order they told me to drive up to the first window. I drove up to the window and nobody was there to take my money. I waited a few minutes and finally just drove up to the second window. We finally got our food but they messed that up too. My fiancee specifically wanted to go there because she likes Whataburger's sausage biscuits but what they gave her was a piece of sausage on a bun. I ordered a bowl with eggs and cheese but I couldn't eat it because they didn't give me a fork. Absolutely...
