I need a replacement blade for the wiper I had bought in a separate city, maybe a month beforehand. It was always streaking across my window. I walked in, told them what I needed, and they immediately helped me find the right blade and helped me install it. Every time I needed help, someone was there to help me find the right oil, to suggest what light was better for my car, and to just give me advice. The environment was always a welcoming one. The manager and the employees always greeted me and they talk to their customers like they are long lost buddies. Very nice store. The manager himself waited on me to pick up a set a windshield wipers. Although I didn't ask they volunteered to change them out for me which was appreciated.

Staff at this particular location all seems to be pretty well trained, they can efficiently run the cash register and definitely know whats in the store.

When it would not hold the charge the attendant found the battery I needed and installed for me as well. Earlier that week my wife went in during a rain storm when her wiper blades failed.
