DON JULIO MEXICAN GRILL & SEAFOOD — Restaurant in Magnolia

I was driving home and saw this restaurant was in the same place as one of Magnolia's best Chinese restaurants from over a decade ago, so I decided to stop in. The place looked real nice; decorations made a nice atmosphere. The food was pretty good, as well. Essentially, I ordered a Magnolia Plate from Antigua's, but it has a different name here and is #45 on the menu. Unfortunately, it costed me $19 for the meal, which is pretty expensive for such a simple meal. In El Dorado at Fernando's, I pay $14 for this meal and $17 at La Villa, but the portion is huge at La Villa, so it's like getting two meals. Anyway, everything was good about this place, except...

Deborah and I are trying a new Mexican restaurant in Magnolia. Great salsa with the chips, salsa is a little runny. No one but us two dinning. 30 mins later comes. 6 grilled shrimp grilled vegs and fríes. And simple mex Dish. Two cokes. And 35$ later we're done Shrimp to small For jumbo. Took two long. Too high.
