I wish I could say i’ve had a great experience with this shop but I would be lying. I participated in a zip code sale that Ashley put on, on her tiktok page. I received my order and didn’t like the shirt i received and didn’t seem it to be worth the money I paid for something i’d never wear in my life. After trying to reach customer service I was told that the sale on tiktok was in their “final sale policy”. I deemed this confusing because no where in the video she made about the zip code sale did she say anything was non-returnable. She also claimed in the tiktok that “the item you receive will be of greater value that what you pay” I paid $40 for a shirt that was tagged $24.99!!!!!! HOW is that of greater value? To conclude this review, I have repeatedly emailed the “customer support” and have heard absolutely nothing back, My emails are being ignored and that itself is just bad customer support on its own. I will never buy from this so called “boutique” again. I will continue to support the boutique I have found located in New York. Seems like just a scam for money to...
