We ordered shakes, Ice cream, and cold lattee. When we arrived it took several minutes to get the workers attention, As they were caught up in conversation towards the back of the store. We could not find a menu and had to ask for them. After ordering We sat down to feed my 2 year old his ice cream but he would not eat it. When we tasted it We knew immediately there was something wrong with it. It tasted old and the mixture that was used to make it ,was not mixed up properly. It was so powdery that it left the feel of it in your mouth. We could not eat it & had to throw it away. The shakes and lattee weren't as sweet as normal but they were okay. Neither of us finished them & normally do anywhere else.- Maybe this was a one time thing? Overall it was ok since it was a hot day during the festival but not somewhere I'd want to go day to day to waste $30 for 2 drinks & a small kid ice cream. It deserves 1/2 ☆s..I giving 3 In hopes they improve in all areas of this place. It could become a...
Read moreI went here with so much hope, I enjoy leaving good reviews on small businesses, but I cannot do that this time. Getting to the main issue, we were the only people there when we ordered, my husband ordered a grit bowl and simply asked for no breakfast sausage to be added. When it came out the young lady says, "the cook accidentally made it with the sausage, do you want me to take it back?" My husband said yes, please; surprised she brought it out knowing that. His food somehow comes back just a minute later but is hard and breaks apart in big pieces... this is supposed to be a bowl of grits. At that point we see pieces of sausage and realize they simply tried to pick the sausage out of the original bowl and brought it back. We hadn't said anything about the burnt, warm, coffee or the plastic like ham on my plate but that was too far a step over the unprofessional line. As I said, we were the only people there, no excuse for the...
Read moreWent there for the first time Saturday afternoon. Went there for a late lunch so the place was not very busy. We were greeted with a big welcome as soon as we entered the door. It's a deli atmosphere, so we were given menus as we approached the counter. Colton was helpful and explained all the options very well. We ordered and took a seat. Our food was brought out pretty quick. I had the Ruben with fruit, wife had the gyro with chips and salsa. All were great. There saurcraut was excellent and the corned beef was tender. We were checked on several times and our drinks refilled. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Will definitely visit again when...
