I move around a lot and have had a lot of experience with furniture buying/selling. The selection and service at Furniture Ave is undoubtedly one of the best I have had. I needed to furnish an entire apartment after living in a furnished rental, and the owner took the time to walk me through EVERYTHING from matching the lamps to the couch color, rugs, an entire bedroom set and even knowing what was available in the catalog that might work better that they could order for me. Not only this, the pricing was extremely competitive and the delivery drivers showed up ON TIME (5 minutes early) and put together everything!! My apartment went from zero to nothing in about an hour. Furniture Ave is how I furnish my entire home. I have bought my formal dining room set, daughter's bedroom set, and sofas for my basement from Furniture Ave. Mike (the owner) and his team provide amazing customer service and always goes above and beyond. It takes me about 6 months to do my research with Mike's help and he's so patience with me. I never feel pressured by him and I love how he provides so much insight. On top of it, he carries so many different vendors and he has vast variety of selections from affordable to high end. Sky is the limit in terms of options. Mike is the best! I had a last minute move to Chicago and he was able to text me pictures of what he had in stock then allow me to order via phone since I wasn’t in the state yet. I called Tuesday and got the furniture delivered Saturday as I wanted (other places had week/month long waits for furniture). The bedroom set is gorgeous and was so affordable. Unfortunately, the couch didn’t fit through the doorway. I called him (while the delivery guys were still here), he said it was fine and to come back to pick something else out. I found a smaller couch and added a TV stand. He was incredibly patient and didn’t charge another delivery fee even though we inconvenienced him. I will be a returning customer for sure!
