China Star Restaurant — Restaurant in Maine Township

They are terrible. I ordered food to be delivered not even 10 minutes from the restaurant. I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour to receive the food. I called the restaurant after the hour had past and was told it would be there soon because the driver left 15 minutes prior to me calling. So by now over an hour and 30 minutes have gone by when I received my food. The food was luke warm and when I called to complain I was told that the food was hot because they have warmers in the car and there was nothing she could do. Then I was told to not eat the food and wait until another deliver person comes by to check the food. Worst customer service ever and I’m not even 10 minutes...

Been coming here for years great food and friendly service always. Also the prices are very fair. This little place is a hidden gem! Thought I would add fhis a few years later, the food is still fantastic. Since I first posted my review, I've been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, so I called and asked if they could adjust some of their dishes to make them diabetic friendly, and they were more than happy to accommodate. I ordered one pepper steak during afternoon on my lunch break while working. They made me wait like more than a hour. So if you go there during your lunch break while working you will lose your job because they are going to make you wait forever. All they think about is making money and they don't car about customers losing job. Plus everybody touch their mask with their hands and touch your food and other stuff you get.
