This Flower Company had the AUDACITY to call me (the recepient of a flower arrangement) to tell me that they were sending the driver back out to pick up my flowers...Let me explain from the beginging.
Friday afternoon at 11:45AM I receive a flowr arrangement delivery at the door of my apartment building. No message is inside, but I called my boyfriend (who is at work) to ask him if they are from him. He says, Yes, but they were supposed to be delivered NEXT Friday for our Anniversary.
Here's what happened...He bought a GOOGLE OFFER through 1-1800 Flowers who works with a database of different florists in your area. He purchased a deal through GO and they happened to send my flowers from this horrible place. About an hour after I get off the phone with my bf, I get a call from Flowerville saying they are sorry for the mistake and that the flowers were delivered 1 week early, and for that, they are going to have to come and take my flowers back. (Mind you, they are unwrapped and sitting on my counter) She tells me my bf called to cancel the order and that 1-800 flowers left them a message mentioned just that. I told her to take it up with 1800- flowers and that she should be ashamed that she actually felt it was OK to call the customer and do this. My boyfriend is now on the phone with 1800 flowers getting this handled, but he says that he just canceled the order and there was NO conversation regarding the flowers being pick up.

Read moreI ordered flowers for a February 22 viewing and Mass service for my brother who past away. The viewing started at 10 AM and we repeatedly mentioned that the flowers needed to be delivered no later than 9:30 AM. Upon arriving at the church, we were told that there were no flowers delivered. Now bear in mind we ordered two different floral arrangements because these were the only flowers that were going to be there so to show up with absolutely no flowers at all was very upsetting. I called the company and they stated that the driver was there but the church was closed. After speaking to people within the church, I was told multiple times that the church was open 9am and there were people inside the church if anyone knocked. So I said your driver is lying. He was never here. She insisted that the driver is on his way there. Customer service alone is an issue because if there was an issue with the delivery, why didn’t the owner/anyone call us to notify us. The flowers showed up at 10:45am, 15 minutes before the service was starting. To say we were angry is an understatement. And to top it off, the stands that each of the two arrangements were on were so incredibly flimsy if you slightly brushed into them they were falling over.
The only thing I will give them appreciation for was we requested a lot of flowers not a lot of greenery and the flowers did...

They’re not just our florist at this point—they’re truly a part of our team. The arrangements are always gorgeous, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. We get compliments at every event from our event guests on the florals---not to mention, the price point is amazing for the quality.
What really stands out, though, is how consistent, kind, and easy to work with the whole team is. They remember our preferences, they care about the details, and they genuinely want things to go well. We have had to change budgets, timelines, etc. and they have been able to give us a stellar experience every single time. It’s rare to find a vendor who can be both so creative and so reliable.
We’re incredibly grateful for them—and can’t recommend them...
