Avoid Diana at all costs, especially if you have curly hair. Diana absolutely ruined my hair: she gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever had, and it’s been a devastating experience.

She did not follow any of my requests: I asked her not to take any length off at all, just to give me a rounded even shape much like the one I already had (done by a different stylist). I spent over a year growing my hair out, so all I wanted was a trim.

Instead, Diana cut about 1/3rd to 1/2 of my hair off in various places, making both sides incredibly uneven. The long side looks triangular with zero shape. The other side looks completely different, as if something took a bite out of it. Under the guise of “adding layers” Diana cut entire chunks out of my hair shape, leaving me with only holes where hair should have been. It also looks like she thinned out my hair, as several people have commented that it looks much thinner. The worst part is that the entire front half is so short, I can’t even put it up in a ponytail to try to hide it.

Diana ruined my hair, and it will take 6 months - 1 year to grow out just enough that I can cut the longer side to make it even, and be back at square zero.

In the meantime, I have to walk around looking visibly uneven with holes and chunks missing in my curly hair shape. I can’t stop crying about my decision to trust Diana with my hair.

Diana refused to offer a refund so that I can get it fixed, merely stating that the haircut “looks fine to her”, even though several people I know were genuinely shocked at my ‘new look’. The salon owner refused to refund Diana’s mistake as well. Now I’m out nearly $300 for the worst service of my life.

To all potential & current customers: please don’t make my same mistake in trusting Diana with your hair. I’ve gotten my hair done with her a few times before, and something has clearly changed in the quality of her work. And beware that if you let this salon mess up your hair, they won’t even have the decency to fix it and refund it. Save...

Bonnie has been cutting and coloring my hair for years now. The color is always beyond my expectations, she is truly an artist. She listens to what you want and comes up with great ideas when you give her the 'I don't know what I want... I just want something different'. She is the only person I trust with my hair. DO NOT COME HERE. I was supposed to get my hair done with Bonnie and she discriminated me due to my race. I told her what I want showed her some pictures, and she told me she knows my kind and how we are and I need to pay first before she does my hair.
