The chicken here is on fire! They have the best chicken I have ever had in this whole area of Chicago. Chicken Inn is fantastic! They also offer huge variety of food and you can see it in their big menu. They have seafood, sandwiches, pasta, desserts, beverages, etc. Their selection is really great. Everything at this place is freshly made and they really cooked all of it by heart. They are so great! Their staff is really awesome, nice, decent, and attentive. They all know how to satisfy their customers with their amazing service. They always assist and guide the customers all over the place. All of them are working so fast and quick. Also they always got the orders correct. Very nice and responsible staff. Their location is really great, it is so near, and very easy to find. You can visit their place just a few minutes from your area. They also near to many popular places around the area. Chicken Inn is very convenient. Their fried chicken was good! Chicken Inn is an institution. It's been around since 1972, and they've NAILED their chicken. It's broasted, which as I understand it is pressure cooker fried chicken. So, I like to think of it as a healthier take on fried chicken. They do state that their oil is cholesterol free, so, I must be onto something. What I like is the chicken has a coating, not a breading like other places (looking at you Browns Chicken). Instead theirs is almost like there's nothing on it, just a really super crispy outer shell of deliciousness! The broasted potatoes are like giant potatoes wedges, I'd prolly go with fries, as the fries are crispier. The onion rings are spot on, and the cheese sticks, oh yeah. They do sell ribs and fried shrimp, which I have not had.... YET. The rolls are like King Hawaiian rolls, good, but I had it in my head as a biscuit, but still a nice side. Overall, this place is a must visit. Well, to that point it is a visit. They are carry out/delivery only. No dine in option. It's all good though, pick up some delicious broasted chicken, and go home and eat like no one is watching, because they're not there to see it!!!! Highly recommend. Go get...

This is the first time I’ve ever experienced a bad customer service after being a long time customer for more than 10 years here at Chicken Inn. It happened just two days ago and when I ordered a 16 piece chicken and a pint of coleslaw. So, I ordered to this staff, she’s black and she told me to wait for a few minutes for my order. So, I sat down in a small waiting area beside the counter. I waited for more than 15 minutes and I haven’t heard from her if my order is ready? So, I decided to check my order if it’s ready or not? Then, I asked the other staff and I was surprised to see that my order is just laying on the counter inside and it was ready and that nobody even handed it to me until I asked the other staff and she just pick it up and gave it to me without even saying sorry. I hate writing a bad review but, this is not acceptable. I just hope that they don’t do this to other customers. They should maintain good customer service.
