Anyone who sews, at any level, will absolutely love this store. Even if you do not sew this store will still amaze you. Don't let the modest outside fool you, once you enter through the doors you will be extremely surprised. Anything and everything you could possibly want or need they will have and if they don't, then they will go out of their way to help you get whatever it is you need. Even after you leave this place, you will be thinking of projects you need to start so you can go back to the store! If it fabric, notions or a machine, they have it all. It doesn't end there, customer service and satisfaction is one of the stores priorities. I know this for a fact. I had bought some embroidery software, some place else, and had a problem that I was not able to solve over several months and several phone calls. Even the place where I bought the software was not interested in helping me solve my problem. Basically they said I was out of luck and the $1600.00 I spent, was money down the drain. Needless to say, I do not frequent that establishment any longer. The owner of the Sewing Studio, where I did not purchase the software, was more than willing to help. She managed to get the area rep from the software company on the phone, explained my situation and before long the problem was solved. I was so pleased, I pretty much was in tears. I had spent so many frustrating hours trying to solve this problem and when she was able to help me I was OH SO HAPPY!!! Not only did she solve the problem, but took time out during the busy holidays to do so. That is just the way everyone is at the store. Like I said the customer service is GREAT! They are not pushy, but always willing to help. They have very reasonable prices throughout the store. The turn around time on machine maintenance is fabulous. The gentleman who works on the machines will do everything he can to finish as fast as possible. I cannot find fault with anything or anyone at this establishment. Happy that they were very detailed with telling me what the issues with my machine, how it was resolved. They even attached what had been replaced. Better service than I expected. This location is much further away from me than one just about 4 miles away. I never wouldâve gotten this type of service nor the price I paid for it at closer location. Itâs definitely worth the trip and the store has so many beautiful products that I know I will be back â„ïž I will update on my machines status if necessary.
Update: This is my absolute go to for repair/maintenance, purchasing equipment, or sewing, embroidery products. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I ?took in my machine for repair being given an estimate of about a week to pick up. I got mine back within a few days, working just beautifully with breakdown of what was done to it. They even include the broken piece in baggie so you can verify they did job as stated. I also needed to buy embroiderâs helper which I ordered online and picked up at store for less than other advertised places. The second photo is the latest.    Read moreI had paid $150 to service my brother embroidery machine here because the bobbin winder was not functioning. When I got my machine back, I didn't immediately check to see if it was fixed. The reviews on this place had been fairly good at 4.6 stars on google so I trusted them. It wasn't until a couple weeks later that I turn my machine on and the bobbin winder jams within seconds. I bring it back to Sewing Studio and no apologies were given. I had asked for a partial refund and they just found one excuse or another to blame the issue on me. They insisted that it was jammed because I had broken it once I took it home or my husband wasn't clear on what needed to be fixed. So not only did not not issue me any refund, or apologize, they are suggesting that I am responsible for the mistake. Two days later, they finally figured out what the issue was. There was a piece deep within the bobbin winder that needed to be replaced. They ordered this on the house and fixed this. My husband had picked up the machine and no refund or apology were issued.
