I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but after several excellent experiences at Daniela Zoom Express Car Wash, I felt it was well-deserved. From the moment you pull in, it’s clear that this place takes pride in its service. The staff is friendly, professional, and always welcoming. They greet you with a smile and walk you through the process if it’s your first time, which is a refreshing change from some of the larger, impersonal car washes. The entire setup is impressively efficient you’re in and out quickly, but the quality doesn’t suffer at all. I’ve tried many express washes before, and honestly, few come close to the level of care and attention I’ve seen here. The machines are modern and well-maintained, and the wash packages offer great value for what you get. But what truly sets Daniela Zoom Express apart is the results. Every time I leave, my car looks spotless and shiny just like new. The soap and wax they use leave a long-lasting finish, and I’ve noticed my car stays cleaner for longer compared to other places. Even the tires come out looking freshly polished, which is a detail I really appreciate. They also offer complimentary vacuums with plenty of stations, so you never feel rushed. Everything is kept tidy and in good working condition, which again shows the management’s commitment to providing a top-notch customer experience. Whether you’re a car enthusiast or just someone who wants a reliable and effective car wash without the hassle, I can’t recommend Daniela Zoom Express Car Wash enough. It’s become my go-to spot, and I genuinely look forward to stopping by whenever my car needs a refresh. Clean car, great service, unbeatable value. Daniela Zoom Express is a true hidden gem that deserves every bit of...
Read moreFirst the good. The wash did a decent, if not perfect job. That's what I got. Now the bad. I visited the Maitland location in response to a promotional card I received in the mail. It had a couple of different offers for first wash and VIP membership. I decided to give it a try and brought the card with me to present to the attendant, as instructed on the card. When I got there I pulled up to the window and the attendant immediately started pitching me on signing up for one of their plans, and I said wait, I got this card that says something different (meaning, better than what she was offering). The response I got was "we had a price change, we are not doing that anymore". I pointed out that the card had an expiration date of 4/18, two weeks after I was there. She held her ground and refused to honor the offer. At this point, I was stuck at the window with another car behind me, so I felt trapped. I paid for one wash and told her I had no interest in anything else. When I got home I reached out to what I thought was their corporate office. I got a response the next day, and it was obvious that the person who responded was the same attendant! (I know because she knew the details of my visit) So instead of an apology, I get the same employee doubling down, saying that they were right and I was wrong. The most lame a$$ non-apology you can imagine. Here is the bottom line . . . the card says 4/18 expiration. There is no disclaimer, no small print. You decide for yourself whether this is a deceptive practice or not.The evidence is right here in the card, it seems pretty clear to me. At the end of the day, there are car washes everywhere you turn, many of which are excellent! Why would you even risk getting ripped off by these...
Read moreHonestly go 5 minutes up the road to the El Car Wash in Altamonte Springs for better service. I was mislead and told to sign up for the free trial at this car wash for 30 days and told by the girl at the window that if I paid for my free trial using "Apple Pay" that the subscription would automatically cancel and I wouldnt be charged, come to find out this is a marketing scheme this businesses uses to get people into the door and to sign up and blindly forget about their subscription. Well I was charged $35 and the girl at the window who was the exact same girl who told me to sign up using Apple Pay was clueless and unsure why I was charged and refused to give me a refund. I contact the business through email and they also refused which now lead to a bad Google review, a lost customer, lost referrals, and a dispute charge from the bank all over $35😂. I think that says something about whos running this car wash. Again just go 5 minutes up the road for a better clean and friendly service overall and avoiding being scammed.
I'm sure they will respond to this review saying something along the lines of what they told me in the email "the charge was processed because the cancellation request was received after the recurring billing date". Guess what, I shouldnt have been charged AT ALL because i was told it would cancel...
