I have been doing sub contract work for these guys for almost 2 years now. I own my own alarm company in Texas and use UCC as my monitoring station. It can be frustrating at times with getting the correct equipment, scheduling appointments with their clients but when you look at it from their side, they can’t help it when the customer wants to move the install date, they are just trying to do the best they can…sometimes the equipment they send out is not complete but I also know to carry additional equipment for such situations and they tend to reimburse me or just pick up what i installed at ADI the next time I’m at distribution. In this industry you have to learn to be patient, carry extra equipment, sometimes you have to go back to adjust things…it comes with the territory. Nu-Tech pays me for trip charges. So, I don’t mind. They aren’t a bad company to work with. More than generous with the payout for installs. I’ve been in the industry almost 20 years…these guys are more than fair…Their tech support team are a great group of guys, extremely helpful. I really don’t have anything bad to say. If you are an alarm company and don’t mind doing a side job here and there these guys aren’t a bad company to supplement some extra cash. Payout is 30ish days…I read some of the bad reviews and I can see how it can be frustrating, that’s why people go into business for themselves. I feel like it’s a lack of communication…maybe on both sides…but they mean well. I enjoy working on their projects, it’s fun. I also love the industry and what I do. I’m extremely patient with all clients and their needs. Anyway, I hope this review helps others and reinforces that Nu-Tech is not a bad company…It’s just really hard to find quality installers now a days….not their fault. 💯😊 Have a beautiful day...
