If I could leave no stars I would. I always get the exact same vape (lost Mary peach ice) never changes and today was no different. I went in and asked the lady “can I get a lost Mary peach ice please” she brings it to me and at first glance it looks the same. I paid the $27 for it and then hit it inside the store. The vape tasted nothing like peach ice and I told her this doesn’t taste right its awful and she decides then to tell me “oh they must have changed their formula when they changed the name” I tell her I don’t like it and it has a burnt after taste. She then proceeds to put a cover over the mouth piece and hit my vape as if that was going to protect anything from germs out of her mouth. And I tell her can I pick something else since it’s not what I asked for and she says no as if it was my fault that they changed the formula and specifically asked for peach ice and not juicy peach. Since the summer started and 2 from the staff are gone customer service has improved greatly! I moved to Cayuga in October and drove to Athens for vape needs. Honestly, I used to come here ONLY if Athens didn't have what I wanted. Now it's the ONLY vape Store I use! The owner is 2nd to NONE! He personally helps me when I come in and he's there. If they don't have what I want when I go in, HE makes sure it's there within 3 days!! If all owners operated like him, the world would be a better place lol. And the young lady working there ( not the old Crack head manager) is so sweet! She tries so hard and I love that!
