This place is cozy and creative. The coffee here is fantastic. I have tried several blends including the Red Eye which is great for long trips. However, the most amazing combination I had was blackberry lavender mocha!! It was incredible! There's lotus drinks that sparkle and spark your energy. The homemade cinnamon rolls didn't last long enough for a picture. They are huge and look dense, but they are sticky sweet scrumptious clouds!! You can find that same sweetness in their chicken and waffles. Egg bites are a tasty, healthier option. The tomato basil soup was some of the best I have ever had. You can taste and see tons of fresh basil and bits of garlic. I am not a huge fan of chicken salad, but theirs was so good. They have mini pies. I had the apple one and the crust had just a sprinkle of sugar and the filling was perfect. They have a pimento cheese Panini that is so flavorful and delicious. As you have probably noticed, I cannot say enough about this place. I visit often because it's near my job.
The owner and employees are so kind and welcoming that you feel like you're talking to family.
My only warning is to call ahead of time and place an order. They sell out of food fast!! More...
Read moreIn town for a week and decided to check out this local coffee shop. (Side note, the GPS will take you to where their new locale is being built, current location is just around the corner on Mitcham) Wow. I’ve returned here every day this week, tried something new every time and every single thing has been perfect. Highlights include the iced French Kiss, Butter Pecan, Blueberry Mocha (sub for Dark Chocolate), Dancing Leprechaun, Island Rush, Spring Fling. Very drink carefully prepared and portioned perfectly shows the care and attention of Antoinette’s. The staff/owners are wonderful, delightful persons, and make the experience that much better. Absolutely recommend this place and will definitely return any time...
Read moreAntoinette's is what I dreamed of our little town having. Having moved here from a very large city 8 years ago, I missed being able to just walk out my door and having a plethora of places to choose from. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE living in a small town, but I did miss having a coffee shop to frequent. The ambiance at Antoinette's is awesome: downstairs lends to visiting with larger groups and upstairs (ADULTS ONLY), lends to having smaller intimate discussions or studying/work time. The food is always good, the coffee is great, and the gals behind the counter are even better. It's like Cheers, everyone...
