Home Outlet — Local services in Malden

We are so unbelievably happy that we went with Home Outlet in Malden to purchase our kitchen cabinets. We made friends with the guys at the shop and were always happy to see them. We had to go back at least a dozen times over the course of our project and they were very helpful each time. They were able to design our kitchen based on the measurements we provided, and it was fun to see the layout in two dimensions before committing to the pieces.

Returns were easy and the guys weren't judgemental at all when I had to come back a third time to buy the same door that I'd measured wrong somehow. They are quick to answer emails and were great at liaising between us and the manufacturers. We've recommended this supplier to our friends and family, and will continue to do so.

This store brand was originally called Grossman's Outlet this was my first time visiting this location it's not appealing to me I went to look at cabinets some of them were dirty old looking like they've been on display for yrs the salesperson he really didn't wait on us I had to keep approaching him to ask questions he was busy wrapping a order up with plastic wrap the last time I went to the Walpole location the salesperson the minute we walked in he gave us eye contact and he said welcome to Home Outlet he let us look around he came over to us to help us out didn't even have to ask that was the opposite in Malden so I prefer the Walpole location it's a bigger store I've been going there for yrs the Braintree and Roslindale locations they are closer to my home but they have been closed...

Worked with manager, Dave Kilpatrick, on a kitchen renovation project and he has been consistently going above & beyond assisting me with views of kitchen, hardware, sink & faucet.
