It was a late foggy, rainy afternoon in Manchester. The streets were deserted and shops were closing, but the welcoming River Raisin Antiques flag beckoned. On this, my second visit, I was cheerfully greeted as soon as I entered. The place smelled fragrant and inviting. I browsed a carefully curated collection of unique items and selected a gift.
