I brought a watch in about a half hour before they closed(wasn't aware of hours when I arrived). I asked if could run into town and pick it up on my way back. They politely said "we close at 5, but if you'd like I can place it out in one of the planters for you to pick up on your way back." I wasn't sure if she was being serious or not but I left her with my phone number and name and thought I'll just pick it up tomorrow. No big deal. Stopped by for a quick watch replacement, a very beautiful store with timeless pieces! Scott & mark were lovely & did the honor of a quick battery swap and adjusted the times on the 3 watches. They have pieces from sterling silver to settings for an engagement ring. They accept card! They were willing to negotiate on the prices of their pieces!
