Helen Cleaning Services, LLC — Local services in Mansfield Township

My 5 star is dedicated to post construction cleaning. Helen came in to inspect, we go through everything we wants to clean up, she gives us a very reasonable price and her team delivers a excellent job. All appliances, window, dust has been taken care of. My husband is satisfied. For regular cleaning service, I need to take off 1 star and I will explain why here. We are looking for a stable long term cleaner, so my husband requested for same crew to come every time. Just so they will always put things in same place, know what we need and just to make it easier for us. However, Helen couldn’t deliver this promise and on top of that, the team is always either missing a room to clean or forgot to take the trash out (leaving it in my backyard), one time i even see green liquid on my toilet seat. I dont know if they didnt wipe the soap or what is happening. As i wasnt there when they were cleaning.

So I can only recommend them for post construction cleaning as I was very pleasant with their service. 🙂

Revised after several months of regular service. First few times we used Helen’s crew they cleaned well. However, recently they seem like they really don’t deep clean at all. They are in and out of a 3 bedroom house in under two hours and I find dust bunnies in back corners (behind beds and under furniture) that show they really just do a surface level clean. I feel like what I’m paying for is that true deep clean of bathrooms and floors and corners, not just a wipe down, so I’ll be finding someone else. Also, they are super difficult to schedule with, I’ve found. Maybe we’re on a weird schedule but we do once monthly and I’ve told Helen probably 6 times we can only do mondays and Fridays and she regularly texts me on a random Tuesday night “see you tomorrow.” Not a huge deal but I think maybe they don’t really know the difference between their customers well bc it seems like an easy fix. All in, I’d say this is a fine cleaning company but I’m not...

I contacted Helen for a deep cleaning of an apartment I had turn over, and she was there same day to see the place and prepare a quote. Very professional, responsive, and offered great advice for making the apartment show better. She was also very flexible when my painter took a day longer than anticipated she still made it work for the day following what was originally scheduled.

The crew was very kind and efficient. They did a good job and had good attention to detail. The apartment definitely felt much cleaner afterward.
