The Pool Factory — Local services in Mansfield Township

I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before purchasing my pool a 15 x 52. that being said this review is two fold, product and installation. #1 product: first of all I high recommend you upgrade were available, somethings you can add later but some you can not. My pool was shipped in days, I received a call from the freight company, they set up a delivery time and were there as scheduled and put my Pool where i wanted. Note: you will have to have an area they can access with a pallet jack which means it will be in your driveway do not expect it to be brought right next to where you are installing. Mine came on one pallet about 5'-0" tall. Everything was there, I wasn't missing anything, some people complained parts were missing but mine was complete. it even came with a warehouse sheet of everything that was packed. everything was packed nicely, nothing damaged. I will end section #1 with repeating, upgrade upgrade upgrade. If you read everything they have on their website when ordering they are straight forward on what you are getting. I added the best liner, the ground mat, wall insulation, solar cover (a must) and the bottom cove around the lower perimeter of the pool. I already had my pool filter so I didn't need that. #2 Install: All the complaints I seen were really about install. Once again do your homework. Many complained about the instructions. I thought he written ones were fine but they also emailed you You Tube videos that were self explanatory. do your homework, watch videos, this is not for the average joe. I had a pool in place so part of my ground work was done I just had to make it slightly bigger. I also had a rotating laser in order to make sure the ground was level. I recommend you have about 4-6 friends help you. This is a big job and a lot of work especially if you are starting from scratch. It took me about 3 weekends to do this, but I worked by myself except when putting up the side walls. My end comment to you is....HIRE SOMEONE... you will be swimming in a day. Yes it can be done by yourself, but watch the videos, its a lot of work and if you mess up the base and its not level there is no fixing it. I spent a lot of time making sure my base was level. From what I seen on the bad reviews with install were people that seem to think it was like a temporary style pool where you throw down ground cover and put the pool up and add water. This is NOT that kind of pool. I wish I would of set up for someone to install mine. I did a good job but I could of been drinking a beer and in my pool in 24 hours, instead I got ice packs and heat on my back and 2 weeks...

Best Company Ever!

We bought a semi inground pool last year ( 2022 ) and purchased the 18'x40'x54" Signature RTL Oval Pool from " The Pool Factory". After doing research for over a year, with the other pool companies in my local area, we decided to purchase from this The Pool Factory. Every time I have needed help, a question answered help with questions on installation ( we did it ourselves) ordering product, if I had ideas to add to the pool, they have always been so honest and polite! I have tried to shop local to get help from anyone in my area for simple things and after a year of getting run around from pool companies in my area, this is why we decided to buy from them. ( the pool companies in my area were unwilling to help, seemed bothered to answer any questions, and when they knew I was thinking of purchasing they just didn't care, and just wanted the sale )

The Pool Factory hands down has the best customer service, the best salesman and absolutely the best to buy from! When pricing our pool last year before I found The Pool Factory, I was going to spend roughly 2- 3xs the amount for the same pool! I paid for upgrades ( which I didn't have to ) but even with all the upgraded I still spent 2-3xs less compared the competitors with no upgrades!)

If you are serious and want a pool that will last, a fantastic warranty, buy with confidence and know you saved 2-3 x's less then what then what other companies wanted to charge, then The Pool Factory is the company to buy from! "The Pool Factory" to me is the best, period!

The Pool Factory in my eyes is the best company I have ever worked with! The turn around times are only a few days, and always there to help! My husband and I are so happy we found The Pool Factory and if you are looking to buy a pool, this is the company to buy from. They can't be beat, they will be honest with you and NOT try to up sale you, and their answers are TRUE & HONEST and NEVER pressure to sell you something you do not need, ( Like the ones in my area tried to do) and love that they are always here to help!

We bought a 24x15 ft x 54" high oval Cameo above ground pool from The Pool Factory. This pool I rate at 5 stars. Mercedes was very good in helping me get the pool, pump, & accessories I needed in an excellent pool package she put together for me at a great price. She gets a 5 star rating as well. ..... When it was time to install this pool, Tom's help was excellent. Each time we needed his help or advice he was there or called us back very quickly. Although the installation of our pool had many steps to set it up properly, Tom was on the phone assisting us whenever we needed him. End of pool season he also helped us put together a pool closing package with a great discount. .... If there were more than 5 stars to give, Tom would get them for helping us any & every time we needed him so I give him a 5 star PLUS rating. I recommend the Cameo pool to anyone looking for an excellent pool to enjoy for years to come.

I've read all these reviews & there are 3 reviews that I totally disagree with. 71 people besides myself are very satisfied. ... The Pool Factory's customer service is excellent, you don't have to redial even once to get to the right person who can answer any & all questions. If you have any questions on the instructions, just call them & get walked through any & all questions quickly & easily with no problem. ... Also do your research before buying & you won't be surprised when you can't return an electrical part (no one refunds on electrical parts) & it is clearly stated if you decide you don't want the pool "you" ordered after receiving it (buyer's remorse), the return shipping is...
