I ordered 5 custom artwork necklaces and a handwriting cuff. April and her team (Josh) were amazing to work with from start to finish! They were very special, sentimental pieces for me and my family in memory of my nephew. They were able to perfectly replicate a drawing he had done and his signature onto a charm. It wasn’t an easy task, but they were willing to put in the work and care to translate the drawing onto a charm. It came out fantastic! April was fantastic! I emailed them with a question about fixing my permanent bracelet, and I received an email back within 5 minutes. She let me know that she would be able to fix it for me and when would be the best time to come in. April was able to fix a kink and reattach it so quickly.
