Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Mansfield

My problem is not with the ice cream/drinks... my issue is with the rewards system and management. I had earned a free blizzard, but because I did not redeem it within 10 days it just vanished. Nowhere does it tell you that there is a time frame that you have to use the reward or it will go away; not on the tablet that you use to enter your number, not in the text I received about the reward, no signage, NOTHING! When I spoke to the manager about this, she just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. What?! No! Make it right or make the terms and conditions more clear! I'll just be going to Dairy Land... their ice cream is...

As I getting ready to walk up to the door (at 9:59) some lady ran up to the door and locked it and started clapping like a seal. It was kind of embarrassing to see some woman who looked so old act so childish. Surely she was the manager judging by the age of the others still behind the counter.

Frankly, their prices aren't low enough for fake ice cream to be so rude. There are many other places to visit in this town and they have lost a frequent customer and earned themselves this wonderful comment.

I gave 5 stars because the service was excellent. The young lady was quick and friendly. They were busy. I want to be childish and give 1 star, only because the child in me was craving a grape slush. It's been my favorite my whole life. Very basic, nothing special. They no longer have grape. How do you not have grape? Is it gone forever? Will you bring it back next yr? How do I get it back?
