Besta Fasta Pizza — Restaurant in Mansfield

Waited 90 minutes for pizza and had 15 minute drive home. Knew of a 75 minute wait up front. Pizza I paid $16 for in box did not match order slip at all! Called and was told they could remake or give me $5 off my next order. Figured after we paid $16 for a 12 inch pizza that we would have them remake as we ordered. Got home now after 2 1/2 hours since order was originally placed and found the pizza was just made incorrectly this time. Husband likes Black Olives and I like bacon and neither of us likes the other and the order slip clearly indicated opposite sides for those items that were put on the same side. Called to complain again but since put on hold, I Just hung up as we were told we would get only a $3 credit after new employee talked to manager and employees indicated it was an owner policy and they are rarely seen that it would do no good. I heard this place was great. However thier sub bread is the same as Leaning Towers so you need to like sesame seeds and I paid 1.00$ for banana peppers on my 9" sub and got 6 total...(maybe 7, cuz I think at a little one before I started wondering where the heck they were.
