TO THE BRIDES: do not waste your time trying to print anything for your wedding here. would give 0 stars if i could. tried getting my wedding invitations printed on two different occasions and they messed up both times. so much back and forth and buying special paper and giving special directions and still they messed them up. all the invites were supposed to be cut at 5x7 but they cut every single one differently so none of them lined up which made it impossible to use on a cricut for the detailing we were hoping to add. they were botched. when i called and asked for a refund the manager was super rude and felt like they “under charged us to begin with” so didn’t need to refund us. super frustrating especially during the craziness of wedding planning so highly suggest you save your time and money and go...

I've spent tens of thousands of dollars at Staples over the year and I won’t be shopping there again—and I urge others to avoid them at all costs.

I purchased a Canon printer for $99, and after just one month, it stopped working - it wouldn’t power on. When I returned it to the store, I was told by the clerk that “the computer” wouldn’t allow a return because it had been more than two weeks since the purchase. Staples has made it clear to me they do not stand behind the products they sell.

Staples in Mansfield has an unbelievable Printing department! What sets them apart is the superstars they have on staff.Becky leads the dream team and there are so many great techs including Cecilia, Melissa, Missy, & Anna. (There are more staff and I'm not sure of all their names)They are always very professional in manner and go "above and beyond" to make sure the orders are correct.
