Beautiful atmosphere and smiles at the door, but none of that matters if there's Students Renting chairs. All I needed was a Bangs trim of my already styled hair. I asked the girl before she started if she could do this exact photo, and she said yes.. It's just a trim of my current style. Needless to say, that is not what happened. She cut off my hairstyle. Completely! And then insulted me as did the lady she called over because I wasn't happy about the fact that she cut off my hairstyle when I just needed a Bang trim. I'm so frustrated and devastated. I don't even want to come out of the house now. I think this strand isn't my kind of strand i'm looking for..🚫👎

Update: My better half knew how upset i've been since my previous experience. Being as wonderful as he is , he called the strand I'd spoken to them about my experience and disrespectful treatment. He was able to speak to the owner. And an appointment was made for me too.Repair the damage that was caused by going to the strand. I'm nervous about my appointment tomorrow, justifiably. But I promise you all I will update right after my appt. With The Strand Salon & spa. No worries, every or any one I will definitely update after my appointment with honesty and poise. Currently, I am that I'd go to again leave that salon looking worse than I entered. Once again, i'm putting my trust in them after already doing so with much regret. update: WOW I CANT BELIEVE IT After all those. Messages I'm saying they're gonna make it right. Apologizing promising that they'll make it right. Butchering my hairstyle right before the holidays. I am new to Foxboro, and after taking my time researching salons in my area I finally decided to choose Strand Salon & Spa based on the reviews, the bio and history of the owner, and the fact that they use Davines hair color (which I am a huge fan of). In addition, I personally selected Aristi in hopes of becoming my new stylist. I went to the salon in person to see it first hand and inquire as to whether or not Aristi was accepting new clients. The owner is the most pleasant person, always smiling, and inviting. Aristi immediately won my heart with her honest and helpful feedback and recommendations for helping me achieve my "hair" goals! I have been going to the salon regularly every three weeks for the past several months, and couldn't be more pleased with the service. Aristi is very well educated in the science behind hair, and is always eager to share her knowledge with me, and explains why she makes certain recommendations. I am that client that appreciates this type of individualized attention and care. I feel so lucky to have found her, she has taught me so much about my own hair, and her blow outs are the best! I have significantly reduced the amount of times I rely on a flat iron during my regularly scheduled appointments thanks to Aristi. I almost never leave reviews but I was so pleased and happy with my haircut that I need to credit Sam! I have been hair dresser hopping for YEARS and I finally found the place and the stylist that made me happy. Sam is absolutely amazing in her skill and I will definitely be going back to her.
