The Home Depot — Local services in Mansfield

I just don't know where to start been coming here for years and have never been this unsatisfied and bothered also more than anything pissed I understand it was 20 minutes till closing but when I go through self-checkout keyword self checkout for 1 to be asked several times if I need help scanning or checking out and then the young Oriental girl just starts ringing snuff that I have already scanned really bothers me especially when I say please do not touch any of the stuff after asking several times to please delete the items that she scanned because they are scanned twice and then proceeded to argue with me and try to tell me that I am just trying to get free stuff when it was not the case also more importantly the box that I went to go grab I would of the sitting area of the carriage because it was fragile and glass which mind you was $110 item she grabs out of my hand and then drops it on the ground and it breaks and she tried blaming me I have never been so disappointed with the service here. I am not the type of customer to argue Steel or blame somebody or something but having to argue about items that were double skin due to her just not listening and leaving me alone and then grabbing things out of my hands and items breaking and then being told that I have to pay for it and if I want a new item I can purchase another one he's not Alright by me and I will say if the employee sees this more than anything I hope somebody from corporate guys see this because I do have her name and obviously the store that she was working in and a complaint in store and this bad review I am not going to mention her name but I am going to call corporate and set things right bad customer service I know they do not tolerate horrible experience game probably will just either use another Home Depot or purchase items and supplies elsewhere...

I bought a house a couple years ago now so needless to say I have been there a few hundred times. The paint lady is very helpful and loves to chat and remember our products and ask us how everything is going! She is great!!!

On the other hand- they have messed up our flooring order and I had to call corporate of the flooring company to get any help from Home Depot. I have also ordered multiple time and asked if my item is in yet. They say no tracking doesn’t say anything and then I find out when picking up that things have been in their back room for three days!!!!

My last straw with them is our Christmas tree. We usually get our on Black Friday and they are $30 but this year we waited and they went up to $60(our fault on pricing) however, we thought we found a good tree out of Maybe 4 trees they had and we got home and let the the branches fall... it ended up being the worst tree we have ever owned in our life!!!(and of course it was the first time we where hosting) for that price I will never purchase a Christmas there again

I just went to Home Depot to order new cabinet doors and it was not a good experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment to meet with a cabinet specialist (Tong) last week and when I arrived I waited by her desk because she was with another customer. She did not acknowledge me and walked away with the customers who did not have an appointment. Another associate asked me if I needed help and he had to track Tong down. I told her that I wanted to order cabinet doors and she told me that I couldn't. This is false and absolutely ridiculous. You can go on Home Depot's website and order the doors from Hampton Bay Now you would think a cabinet specialist would know this. She told me that I can't do that. She then tried to tell me that I need Home Depot to come out and do the project and I needed new cabinets. I was trying to compare Home Depot's prices with Lowe's but Tong may it very easy for me to make the choice of Lowe's. I also intend to order new appliances so Home Depot just lost out on a sale of about 8,000 dollars because of one...
