Living outside the area, I'm dependent upon accurate product depictions and descriptions on seller's websites. I'd ordered flowers from Manteca Floral several times but had never seen their work in person. Earlier this year I had the opportunity to see their work after something I'd ordered was delivered to my mom on her birthday. I had purchased one of Manteca Floral's more expense arrangements, but because of the special occasion, I justified the expense. While the flowers in the arrangement appeared fresh, and the arrangement was pretty, the overall presentation was nothing like what is pictured on their website. The flowers were different, the colors were different and the arrangement appeared smaller than was was pictured. While I understand some substitutions may be necessary, this was a completely different arrangement. If the arrangement was going to be this different the business should really update the photo on their website. Because I had trusted the merchant and was unable to see my earlier orders in person, I have to wonder if this has been happening all along. Regrettably, I will not purchase from Manteca...

Always super high quality arrangements. My husband and I have been getting flowers from Manteca Floral since we started dating 9 years ago and it's always a great experience. There have been times when I'll call them and say "I want to spend $_, please include these flowers and preferably these colors but I trust your talent" and I'm constantly wowed. My husband got me this arrangement for Valentines Day and asked that they add gladiolus but let them pick the color that would look best, and they really hit it out of the park. Esmeralda is the sweetest most kind lady I’ve ever met. My brother and his wife lost a son two days ago. I wanted to send flowers. I was told there was no delivery driver. I was saddened by this but it was almost closing time and Esmeralda said no problem I will take them and deliver on my way home. That’s great customer service. Not to mention the flowers were unbelievably beautiful. Words can’t express the way I feel.
